The Terms of Sale are part of Jake's Auto Spa's Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all users or guests abide when using the service. When you book online or via phone with Jake's Auto Spa, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment.
Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Jake's Auto Spa offers multiple different wash options for different car types. Prices and wash package contents are subject to change at Jake's Auto Spa's discretion at any time. All such changes will be reflected on www.jakesautospa.com.
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Jake's Auto Spa accepts cash, debit, and credit card.
Any declined card will prompt Jake's Auto Spa to ask the customer to find a solution for payment. A collection process will begin 48 hours after a card is refused.
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to any detailing. Jake's Auto Spa will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, the vehicle, belongings inside, or the service location.
Ensure your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.
A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure. Jake's Auto Spa reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $75 (or proportion thereof) for any work outside the scope of the booking.
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations or reschedules inside the 48-hour window will result in an $80 fee to compensate our technician. This applies to all retail-priced car details.
If there is clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no charge.
All claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion by phone, email, or text. Photos of the issue must be sent to jakesautospallc@gmail.com within 24 hours of the claim.

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Jake's Auto Spa will do its best to notify you of any delays.
From time to time, Jake's Auto Spa may offer a referral program enabling you to earn credits redeemable for services by sharing a unique referral link. Combining credits and coupons is not possible. To qualify, the referred customer must be a new customer who uses your referral link to sign up.
You may not collect referrals by:
- Self-referring using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses
- Referring existing Jake's Auto Spa customers
- Using spam or unsolicited emails to collect referrals
- Posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online venues
- Permitting another individual to use your account
- Referring fake people or impersonating another person
- Using the referral link in any disparaging or negative manner
- Any other restriction imposed by Jake's Auto Spa
Violations may result in cancellation of accrued credits and disqualification from future offers. Jake's Auto Spa reserves the right to void, verify, or adjust credits at any time.
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Jake's Auto Spa LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:
