Lake Coeur d'Alene is one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. And if you have a boat on it, you know how much work goes into keeping it looking the way it deserves to look.
Fresh water is gentler than ocean water — but Lake CDA still takes a toll on your boat's gel coat, upholstery, and glass. Waterline stains, oxidized gel coat, algae buildup, and sun-faded upholstery are all inevitable without regular maintenance.

When Should You Detail Your Boat?
Spring (before lake season): Get your gel coat polished and protected before it goes in the water. Remove any oxidation from last season and apply fresh protection.
Mid-season: A quick wash and maintenance clean every few weeks keeps waterline stains from building up and protects upholstery from sun damage.
Fall (before winterizing): Clean everything thoroughly before your boat gets put away. Grime sitting on surfaces all winter accelerates deterioration.
